WOW WOW WOW! I was able to order online and pickup in-store. I received updates when the order was ready. When I went to the checkout to pick up my order, they let me know that the order can be picked up near the entry. I was appreciative they were patient since I had no idea where to pick up the order and answered my questions. Thank you!

Came here before Christmas looking for cricut joy items. They had little to nothing in stock. I was looking for the area for a while, when I asked I was just pointed where to go.. Didn't help me at all.. I thought costumer service was suppose to be better then that..
I don't always find what I want and it can be pricey, but always have a 30% coupon for one item. They display local crafter's work, not for sale but for show. I had a framed photo fixed there for free and they were very quick.
You want 5$ for a thing of sweet tarts. What a God dam rip off. Everything in ypur store is already over priced but now you price candy thats worth a $1 for $5(marked reduced from $10) is just ridiculous. Yall need to do better.
Disappointed that the beqd section is slowly disappearing. Pretty much the only place in Orillia that I'm aware of to buy beads.
Sad when the only option is to buy online. Makes it very difficult to support the 'little independent guy'
I was able to get a bottle of silver fabric paint, which I was very pleased with. No other place I went to had the fabric paint that I wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
